Banned Species
Celestial Descendant
Restricted Species
Dragons - Don't go flying around invincible, dragons can have humanoid forms too
Banned Powers
Anything that kills instantly without a chance for resistance
Restricted Powers
Immortality - You may recover from wounds faster, but there must be some way to kill you (eg. decapitation).
Time Control - Restricted to Admins during forum-wide events for story purposes.
