Welcome to the first episode of the GNN. Here at the GNN we talk about the news that happens within the galaxy. Now, where to begin? The Galaxy has been in a giant mess. Within the southern sector of the Galaxy, the Demonic Crusade are invading the Zaegrim Inquisition. Within the Northern section of the Galaxy we have the Nypherian Empire invading The Darkness. We also have minor reports of criminal activity on Reach, pirate activity, and other activity.
 
DEMONIC ACTIVITY: Inquisition being Invaded

Since the growth of the Demonic Crusade, many worlds have fallen under their control. With the massive growth of the Demons, it was only a matter of time before the war would begin. The predictions were correct and the Demons invaded the Inquisition. The good news is that the Demons are being pushed back by allied forces. The Alliance of Kings has come to the aid of the Inquisition in its time of need. Kittania and other known important figure heads have been seen fighting the Demons. The UNSC has sent in a small detachment at the defense of the Inquisition. The main issue is that the UNSC isn’t fully throwing themselves into the war. Many questions need to be asked and to ascertain the reason why. At this moment, only a small group has been seen fighting the Demons. Which begs the question, how long can this small group last?

Many other small named mercenaries have been sighted on the battlefield and providing support. The Nypherian Empire, much like the UNSC, isn’t sending much support to the aid of the Inquisition. The Nypherian Senate, however has agreed to send in a small detachment of elite soldiers to aid the Inquisition. Now the big question here at the studio is that, will this be enough? With the no shows from the UNSC and the Nypherian Empire. Will it be enough? This is something we will see in the coming months, we all hope that it does pay off. The smaller non-factions also are left with a choice on the matter of war. They could either stay out of it or pick a side.

NYPHERIAN EMPIRE ACTIVITY: Invasion of Norma Prime:
              

            Many can argue that the reason the Nypherian Empire hasn’t helped the Inquisition out completely is because of their own war. This conflict has been brewing for some time. The Nypherians came from another Dimension, from our reports. They began to massively expand within every direction. There has been a case that the Shadow “Kingdom” could have seen this as a preparation of invasion. Lana, one of the perpetrators of the spark of the war. Had attacked the Nypherians on the planet Chyke. This attack only lasted a few hours but the death toll is something that caused the uproar. Over 1,000 Void Citizens and 20 Nypherian Soldiers had been either killed or damaged beyond repair. These actions by Lana had caused a massive uproar within the Nypherian Senate. A vote was made to go to war and the bill had been passed. This bill was signed in and it ordered all Officers and Warrant Officers to hunt down and wipe out all existence on both The Shadow “kingdoms” planets.
               
            Dare we say this isn’t simply a war, it’s an extermination order. We don’t agree with the aggressive tactics nor do exterminations orders have a place. However, with the massive loss of life on the attack on Chyke, can we blame them? The massive Nypherian Armada had been sighted within the Sagittarius Arm before warping towards Norma Prime. At this moment, it is specifically Nypherian Empire V The Shadows. No other Species or Kingdom has decided to jump in and pick a side. This may not be an issue but it stands out that even the Nypherian Empire hasn’t called for any support. Signaling that they want to do this alone. In other reports, the Nypherian Empire has also expanded into another system. The current name of the system is, Xouliv. The details of this name dominated system remains a secret. There has been no comment from the Nypherian Empire if this is an “Open” system.
 
CONFLICT IN THE SAGITARIUS ARM: Pirate Activity!!
              

              We know of the many reports of Pirate activity. These attacks are all done by one or many groups. Though, one species seems to be the cause of the issues. The Seraphim, are known to be pirates. They steal technology and kidnap slaves for money. Though, let’s be clear. Not all Seraphim are evil. There is a clan located in the Northern Section of the Galaxy that want to live in peace and currently hold an Alliance with the Nypherian Empire. With that being said, there are worlds being hit outside of Faction territories. Many have called for help but most aren’t answered. During times of war and conflict, most calls for help are ignored. There is some hope in times like these. In two different pirate attacks, help has been given. In reports, pirates have attacked a world holding many kinds of species. A fight broke out but in the end, it seems the pirates had won in the end.
               
              The second reported conflict is a ship had broken down and called for help. They did receive help but also grabbed the attention of the pirates. Luckily, a Nypherian Armada was nearby to lend a hand. It is unknown how things turned out but one can imagine things went a lot smoother than the pirate attack on the outer rim world. For anyone out there, just trying to get by, make sure you have your weapons ready for those pirates! Sleep with one eye open.
 
CRIMINAL ACTIVITY ON REACH: The Lady In Blue
               
                Within the past few months. A gang has been growing within the slums of Reach. They began to make their appearance by attacking weapon depots. They became bolder by setting up racketeering throughout the entire planet. Controlling large amounts of cash flow and keeping things out of the hands of the UNSC on Reach. The gang grew bolder by setting up a drug and weapons traffic all over the planet, making things even more difficult for the UNSC. We have had more reports that there was an attack on the ONI server station. The gang was seen fighting and killing UNSC soldiers within the ONI compound. The “Lady in Blue” was also seen at the compound. There is a massive bounty on the “lady in Blue” by ONI. A 100,000 credit bounty has been put on her head. Though, oddly enough, the Nypherian Empire has retracted their bounty on the “Lady in Blue”.
               
             The “Lady in Blue” has vanished and was last seen going towards Spire, the Nypherian Empire capital. I warn any of you bounty hunters! That territory is protected ferociously by the Empire. They have already warned anyone going nearby will be shot on sight! What a crazy thing. I do wonder though, why was this “Lady in Blue” going to Spire? A way to commit suicide or is there something else going on?
