Tech-Master Ader and Tech-Priest Igne stood aboard one of three Seraphim frigates in the middle of warp alongside five dropships nearby a large space station known by dozens of local races by the name of Vermire Station. Unfortunately, that information had to be acquired by cornering individuals as they seemed to be deathly afraid of the Kyodain. It was likely because of their fellow "Clans" attacking and raiding other races for technology and such, rather than bothering to build their own with their Mothership's factories.

Not that it mattered much, anyway. The Tech-Master ordered his ship to approach the so called 'Vermire Station' and sent a broadcast to the station on repeat until someone responded.

"This is Tech-Master Ader, diplomatic representative of the Seraphim Clan Kyodain," he said, "We are seeking a diplomatic conference with the Nypherian Empire, are there any individuals here that might be able to meet with us."

The Tech-Priest, meanwhile, ensured that all weapons and shields were powered down as a sign of peace.

A call over the coms channel came through," Stand Bye". The large fleet hung around Vermire Station as they kept a close guard. The civilians passing around the station were too busy to really notice that an "Alien" fleet had broken out of warp in front of the station. The coms channel came on once again, " Land the ship that holds the diplomats at docking bay 34F. The other ships must power down all weapon systems as the Fleets surrounding the station will provide security. You will be meeting two Naval Admirals once you enter the station." the voice said over the coms. A high request but one they were now going by since the invasion of the Asomdians months ago.

Vice Admiral Koff and Rear Admiral Mel's Akeim waited at the docking bay. Many Nypherian forces were waiting for them to arrive and guarding the two Admirals. Mel's flipped her hair to the side as she waited for them. "A new Species reveals themselves." Admiral Koff only glanced at her. "Interesting is it not. Gordon Malik had called it. Sooner or later someone will want an alliance. These dark times within the Galaxy, sometimes its best if we befriend while we can." Mel's only giggled to herself. Their ships were small but they seemed to have order and control. " It's best if we spread our influence through peace talks. The old machines will not like this. Things are getting more and more out of control. 30% of the Nypherians are demanding we shut our borders or they will." Mel's let out a sigh, Admiral Koff is right, dark times indeed.

"Two Naval Admirals," Tech-Priest Igne mused, "I suppose they're the same rank as Tech-Barons?" 

Tech-Master Ader nodded in agreement. "I'm surprised we're getting such important people on the first visit... Either they're suspicious of us, or eager to forge new alliances despite the small size of our ships."

"Either way, we should leave our weapons on the ship."

Ader replied with a grunt of approval and unclipped his Arc-Blades and Pistols, placing them on a nearby command chair as the frigate docked with the Nypherian station. The Tech-Priest followed suit, placing his single arc-pistol aside.

The forward loading ramp slowly lowered, revealing a single unarmed and unpowered battlesuit Seijo. Tech-Priest Igne was impressed with the giant show of technology and military prowess that greeted the two Kyodain diplomats just outside. Two stood at the center, who the Kyodain assumed were the Naval Admirals they were to meet. Tech-Priest Igne led the descent, with Tech-Master Ader following shortly behind.

"I am Tech-Priest Igne," Igne rasped proudly, placing one of his four arms on his chest.

"And I, Tech-Lord Ader," Ader continued in a similar wispy voice, taking a similar posture, "We are diplomats sent by the Tech-King Roi of Clan Kyodain We thank you for giving us this meeting. Where would you like us to begin?"

" My name is Vice Admiral Koff and this is Rear Admiral Mel's Akiem. We apologize but Grand Admiral Gordon Malik could not make it as he is busy with the Senate. If you follow me, this way please." Admiral Koff said as he pointed towards the elevator. The Nypherian soldiers escorted the group towards the elevator and when the doors closed, it shot upwards. It climbed the entire length of the station but moving at incredible speed. The view couldn't be any better. The sight of Void Citizens flying within their ships to different docks, the signs of advertisements were everywhere, and the sheer size of the Nypherian fleet around the station. The new Nypherian Empire's flag fluttered above them as the elevator had stopped. They entered a room which overlooked that market Districts. They all sat down and got to business.

"Again, Grand Admiral Gordon Malik couldn't be here because of things he had to attend with the Senate. We have received your request for a Diplomatic meeting. I don't mean to be rude but we haven't heard much about your people. The Nypherian Empire has been a bit busy with a current conflict on Chyke and Pruna IV. Though, we have heard reports of pirating conducted by being with similar technology. If they're connected with you, we cannot had a diplomatic relations because it would look bad to the Senate and to our way of life."

The two Seraphim nodded in acknowledgement of the two Nypherians' introductions. Though they apologized that their so called 'Grand Admiral Malik' was unable to negotiate with them personally as he was working with something called the 'senate'. They both assumed Malik was a high leader, likely equal to a Tech-Baron or above. Tech-Master Ader maintained his composure of authority as he stiffly followed the Nypherian leaders to a tubrolift, which raised them through an entire view of Vermire station.

Tech-Priest Igne, on the other hand, couldn't keep the same air of control and authority that was known of a Tech-Master. His gaze shifted and slid across every visible piece of technology. Weapons, datapads, cranes, ships, docking ports. Everything appeared so alien and unusual, yet he knew exactly what their purpose was just by looking at it. The Tech-Priest itched to take the fascinating devices apart and see how it could be implemented to his own infinitely complex machines back on Mothership Shisoka.

After the awe inspiring view of Vermire station through the turbolift, the four diplomats arrived in a conference room near the top, they apologized again for their master being unable to be present due to complications with the Senate and conflict in other parts of the galaxy. They also voiced their concerns of other Seraphim clans pirating in the various sectors of space.

"That is perfectly fine," Tech-Master Ader replied, "We hardly expected to meet anyone so high ranking in our first visit to the... Nypherian Empire. We are Seraphim of Clan Kyodain. Ours is a race of beings who spent centuries traversing the abyss between galaxies in search of a new home for reasons lost to time. Not even our AI will tell us the reasons for the journey except that our old home collapsed and was destroyed. Due to the immensely long journey in the abyss, Seraphim began to stop referring to themselves as a whole race, but identifying with the mothership they were from. Many turned to raiding each other for technology in order to survive and subsequently worshipping said technology." He paused for a moment to take a breath as the diplomats sat down at a conference table. "Clan Kyodain herself only recently arrived at this galaxy, though it appears our brethren haven't taken kindly to the other races in this galaxy and have started raiding them instead of each other. Ourselves, on the other hand, have chosen to settle a system several thousand light-years away and build infrastructure in hopes of building a kingdom. We decided to seek out the nearest Galactic powers and forge alliances with them. We discovered the Demonic Crusade, but they immediately destroyed the diplomatic envoy, and now we have chosen to meet with you in hopes we can find a mutual agreement."

Both generals listened to what the clan had to say. They listened to their culture and past. A wandering culture that finally found a place to call home. The AI though, that is what caught Admiral Koff’s attention. He listened until a Warrant Officer walked into the room and handed him a file. The Warrant Officer whispered into Admiral Koffs ear. Admiral Koff nodded his head, “Send the word to the fleet. I will be there soon.” He said to the Warrant Officer. The Warrant Officer saluted and left the room. Admiral Koff then turned back to the guests. “We can come to terms with an Alliance. However, there must be things we would have to agree on. The very first is that we’re strict on our borders, or expanding borders. We’re currently in conflict with the Darkness Kingdom. Based on our rules, we must have pre-knowledge of your arrival. This will include trade, other diplomatic envoys, request of troop movement, and request of stay. We keep things cataloged within our Nation. Don’t take it as an insult as we do this within our own Military as well. A way of maintaining control, if you will.” Admiral Koff cleared his throat. He placed a few documents in front of the guests. They were peace treaty documents that are now laid in front of them.
              

           “These documents have our list of requests to the possible Alliance. The first is that we have an open trade agreement. Trade must be listed and all contents must be forward to us. We will do the same for you. The second, if any of your people want to visit our worlds or systems. There is a list of systems that are open and there are the ones that are closed.  We will provide military support if things become difficult if another species attacks you. However, we will not support or give you funds if you fall into a civil war. We also expect the same treatment for us. As we consider the same treatment. We will never involve your people within our own issues. If there is a civil war within our Nation, we will close borders until the issues are solved.”

Tech-Priest Igne swore he saw the Nypherian leaders perk up at the sound of AI. Almost as if they were intelligent AI, though their faces were well under control. It was almost as if they were robots themselves. Tech-Master Ader, on the other hand, was pleased with the straightforward statement of the alliance. A one to one trade and each side will inform the other. Lots of technology could be traded thanks to this alliance.

"We thank you for this alliance," Tech-Master Ader said to the Nypherian diplomats, "It will not be wasted."
