"Gurk u’gag ku kaviznu, jasha bolros uug balum hu gaj kur." Translation:
"Death is its own journey, our current life is something to live for." - Unknown
Before the Crusade Uruks are known as the barbaric civilization they were all about power and conquest, but they have a sure amount of respect for their customs. The chieftains are the highest of the social class, they determine the fate of their territory, they can consist both men and women if proven worthy in battle.
“The right is earned, not made.” - Wumanok Ures (Year 2146) Vaut shuan’ash’jhet’djor. Wumanok, an orc known for his dominance over the people, changed the way society works. Many moons ago he believed he could rule over his brothers and sisters, causing great ruin and separation among all orcs. Giving Wumanok the right to call himself chieftain, his rulership of the Uruks went far beyond of tradition to breaking it, because of the chieftain a new tradition was created, accepting a Shaman into society.
Shamans are next to being exceptionally high on the social class, they are greatly respected and relied on entirely inside the orcish communities. Borkul is one of the first Shamans appointed by Wumanok; serving him at his side as a second in-command, they believed magic should be openly welcomed among all orcs because it was long forbidden. Magic soon became a huge part of an orc’s life it varied among the peoples, some couldn’t handle what it had to offer, forcing them to choose another path of life others learned to master it entirely, making a small few question Wumanok’s authority. Zurul, Nar, Parfu, and Yadah-harz, begun an uprising on Wumanok, each one having their own form of magic, but was highly limited due to orcs lack of mana regeneration, requiring each men to have followers in their presence to thrive off their mana; enabling them to use magic for a greater period of time.
The four questioned and felt that Wumanok’s reign was unacceptable and should be punished for overthrowing the Orcish people with his long lasting reign as chieftain. (Year 2168) Vaut shuan’ash’djor’hokh. A war broke out against Wumanonk, to overthrow his power as orc-chief, in the 22 year process a colony named Laga Jhet was formed, meaning Magical Four. “Mabrotnog” this was the first ever named era, the first time an Orc power was ever overthrown. The leader of Laga Jhet, Nar. Led the final siege killing Wumanok by Nar’s own hand. By tradition, making Nar the leader of the orcs. Conflict once again struck, but not amongst the people but the Jeht themselves, they agreed to make holds of their own colonies on the world.
Becoming the Four Shamans, Nar takes the place of Wumanok, controlling the Draut colony, all in the process he casts Borkul out from next in-command, shunning him from the territories. Zurul creates a magical order among his people, encouraging the studies of the arcane arts and magical properties of the planet. Parfu dies of by the hand of his son Kegth, challenging him for the rights of chieftain, taking the rulership of the Polgam colony. Leaving Yadah-harz the wisest of the jhet creating Shau a colony located by the Dol ocean, east from Draut.
Planet InformationThe Orcish territories are separated, but there is no segregation between the peoples. Located North, East, South, and West of the epicenter of the planet, the reasoning behind it, the middle of Orgrisk is considered to be a holy ground filled with a myriad of trees along with a few abandon shines. It's a planet full of lush greens and a beautiful array of vivid colors, believed to hold sacred amounts of magic that gives the planet’s magical aura. Three moons surrounds the planet, Arau and Ujak are the closest of the two moons, Ujak the smallest and the only purple moon in the Milky Way; it creates the flow path of the magic out of Orgrisk. Arau helps reflect the magic back onto the surface. Dolpan is the biggest of the three and a good 400,070 miles away from Orgrisk, reflecting the sun’s light every three days of the planet’s rotation. Giving the planet a day and night cycle. It has a 15 month span with 4 Staun or seasons. With 2 months of rain, 5 summer months with half a month at least of drought, 4 winter months, and similar to Earth’s spring, Tosh. Enough time for animal mating and farming for the later year.
