History
Mac was programmed by a human engineer called James from no faction, and introduced into another person's droid. He went rogue and shot his creator dead, stole his ship, and turned into an intergalactic hitman/assasin, where for a high amount of money, he kills anyone. The resistance, difficulty and distance he's from the target defines the price. If a faction pays him to go do something, even killing a leader or someone important, for enough money, he will. But after that, he could be payed by the faction he just attacked to damage the other faction, since he's only in it for the money.
