Sylvia wasnt doing too well. Her wife, Jessie Red recently passed away on one of their many adventures... It was mostly because of Jessie that Sylvia was even alive to be sad over it. Though that, to her at the moment wasnt exactly a good thing. She has been traveling for the past 3 months to get over the loss. Though without her usual upbeat attitude she found it hard to actually enjoy her adventures. Eventually life took her to a bar in some backwater system, sobbing over her drink with her long blonde hairs covering her face in the corner of the bar.

Her pretty features already drew in some people that wanted to 'help' her, but Sylvia wasnt that easy to get and angrily waved them off. In her current state, Sylvia had quite the temper and whoever fell for her features had to endure it. It was a miracle her energy bow hasnt drawn any blood yet. It has been 10 minutes after the last person tried when a new person aproached her she immediatly looked up at him with teared eyes though with a hint of annoyance in her face. "Yeah? What do you want?" She asked before the newcomer even said anything.

Enough had been enough for Altus. He had been quietly sitting off alone drinking a nice glass of ale to calm his nerve before the big upcoming mission and the entire time all he could hear was this same crying and then getting hit on. It's as if no one in the damn bar could just leave her alone... or as if she could stop crying. He couldn't take it. It was like a wierd irk that made his ale just taste that much more bitter. He knew he had to do something and he knew he could make some money off trying at the very least. He waited a few minutes till the last dipshit who bother the crying woman left before he made his way over. "Yeah, what do you want?" Was the first thing she spoke to him and almost immediately without giving her much time to thing he put his glass on the table and got a bit too close for what most would think is comfortable. His silver eyes locked onto hers as he talked in almost a low whisper. "Look here lady, your crying is putting me off. Got me? What will it take for you to stop Crying? Cheating boyfriend to kill? Thief to maim? Cat caught in a tree? Whatever the fuck it is, I will take care of it and for a quarter of my usual price. Just as long as for the next 10 friggen minutes you don't she's a tear or whatever. Does that sound like something you can do?"

She looked up at the man with a defiant look in her eyes. A look that is what prompted many before to keep trying or trying even harder. Her frown exaggerated the size of her iris, making her look quite adorable. "I recently lost my wife... I dont think you can really help me... Perhaps you can help by detering some of these douchebags, get me a drink and hitch me a ride out of this cesspit!" She said with an intoxicated tone to her voice. It wasnt obvious earlier but it was rather clear now that she was buzzed. "I've had enough of this floating rock! And i think i've had enough to drink and i dont want to wreck my ship, it's the last thing i keep from my marriage." She said holding up her pistol on the hip at another person coming up to her without looking.

It took a minute for Altus to just calm down. He basicly felt like the woman who he didn't even know the name of was basicly ordering him around. He took a large swig of his drink, emptying it. " Now look here, We're in a bar. Not exactly a good place to pick a pilot." He said this as he threw his glass without looking. The man walking up crumpled as the glass hit him squarely in the groin. " Ahhhh!" The man exclaimed as he hit the ground with his hands covering his bruised...ego. " I just wanted to order a drink, shhiiitttt..." He exclaimed as he rolled slowly on the ground. Altus shrugged his shoulder indiferently. " Ehhh... He probably deserved it... anyways, your lucky I have a Autopilot on my ship. Let's get out of here before numbnuts calls the bouncer." He stood and grabbed a bottle, unsure of what it was. He grabbed the woman's hand while he began to walk away.

Sylvia held on to his hand and followed him out while cursing out the verbal equivalent of whitenoise. It was pretty clear that whenever this woman was drunk she would turn moody and angry. Despite spending possibly hours in a smelly bars she still had a sweet scent of perfume covering her. She was armed as well, not bothering to hide a pistol located under some sort of skirt hanging over her armored legs and the longbow on her back. As well as 2 symbols scattered on her armor. One was of the immortals that fell a while back and the second one was from the drosden fleet. "Urrrrgh. Do you think you can take me to Parhichi?"

As she asked him to take her somewhere, he suddenly stopped and looked at her. " Sure but, why the he'll would you want to go there?" Altus looked at her a bit more clearly now. He hadn't fully seen her until she had stood up and began going with him. He instantly recognized the insignias. While the Empire was currently on friendly terms with drosden, he himself wasn't. He had opposed their alliance to begin with and he was sure it hadn't made him too many friends in the pirate community. His affilliation with the Empire was enough to keep them from trying anything however so he wasn't really too put off by what insignia she wore. He turned, the light if a lamppost shining over him, showing off his features. His short military cut hair was almost jet black with the light shining on it. He wore simple civilian clothes, as was off duty policy. Nothing to give away the fact he was a officer. He did have a gun tucked away under his black jacket however, just in case. " nevermind, I don't need to know till were aboard. We should hurry in case that guy calls the heat in. No need to get booked." He pulled her again, moving quickly into the docks. He was lucky the bars were so close by.
