Strengths
Years of experience in his occupation as a police officer. He excels at what he does which had him promoted to the rank of sergeant. His commanding officers often task him with leading some of the most dangerous operations on Reach.
Warner is also a stoic man. Rarely does he show any emotion due to his developed ability to stunt them almost entirely. This enables him to focus on the tasks at hand and hardly ever loses concentration on what he is doing.

Weaknesses
Warner is merely a human and as such is susceptible to any injuries or illnesses a human would be vulnerable to. While his armour does provide a degree of protection, it is almost completely defenceless against armour piercing rounds or sustained small arms fire.
Due to his stoic personality, Warner is socially inept and as such is unable to hold a casual conversation with anyone. This may in some cases be his undoing such as for example, having no friends of close family members while living alone in a one-bedroom flat.

Equipment
Standard issue military police combat armour: designed to withstand ballistic weaponry, sharp objects and shock absorbers protect from explosives to a degree. The armour's performance fails against sustained small arms fire, point blank explosions or armour piercing rounds such as those from sniper rifles.

History
From childhood, David was an isolated childhood who rarely ever made friends. Like his father, he was very serious in everything he did ranging from education to the sports clubs he attended. The only true love he had ever known in his life was from his mother who had passed away when he was at an early age. From that point onward, he was taken care of by his father who was rarely ever present due to his high-ranking job in the military police. This made him eager to follow in his father's footsteps and become like him. 
As soon as he was of-age, David signed up for the military police and performed exceptionally in both practical and theory tests. On the field, he excelled at his job which rose him to the rank of Sergeant. For the foreseeable future, David aims to continue serving justice where it is due.
