KillRoy is a thrill seeker at best and a crazy lunatic at his worst, so he has a habit of jumping head first into trouble.


When you look at him he gives of the impression of being juvenile and inexperienced, this leads to people misunderstanding him and his intentions


His long to mid range accuracy with firearms is not the best

Equipment
Damage prediction Contacts - These Contacts are designed predict preemptive incoming damage to increase reaction time and provides basic protection against various forms of light


Thunder gloves - pair of gloves that absorb and discharge electricity at varying voltages from incapacitating a small animal to killing a large beast and everything in between.


Omnidirectional Jet boots - The main way of thrust is up but that boots also have little thrusters on them that can move you in the other major directions even down. The sole is also made of a special plastic that is very resistant heat and electricity.


Ciara - A prototype AI that is only able to inhabit one Space at a time, she is also programmed to not hack any living creature or other AI systems unless it is in self-defence. Ciara my not be able to launch cyber attacks but she has one of the best defence to make up for it.


Shuriken - specially designed Shuriken that can be thrown for long distance and have a hole in the middle to place special small disks in them e.g explosive and smokescreen


Almost endless supply of sunglasses (at least 5 per mission)

Gravikinesis- KillRoy Has the ability to control his own gravitational field making himself as light a feather or as heavy as a car, he is able to manipulate anything hes touched up to twice his body weight.

History

“Most of “KillRoy’s” history is unknown or maybe people just don’t care, it's not really worth Looking up. KillRoy was always a  troublemaker I mean Just look at his name Just look at his name Petty theft, assault and battery, Arson and many other minor crimes, compared to the many other criminals that plague our universe he’s just a small stone in the pond that doesn't even create a Ripple.” That was read out to the jury at about his third court hearing and due to lack of evidence was leaved of all other crimes.


All these criminal acts led him to steal two vials of a certain serum that brings out latent potential of few human beings, The scientist who discovered this serum has been left comatose by yours truly and is unable to be woken up by any means. while it is well know that KillRoy used the first vial on himself it is unknown what he did with the second vial.


For 2 years KillRoy has completely falls off the map not so much as a space parking ticket, when He came back not only was he half way across a random galaxy but armed to the teeth and extremely more dangerous than before. unsure of any kind of plan he seems to be going with the flow but he always has an agenda and one things for sure He's going to tear the universe a sunder.

But I don't know if your contact lenses will be allowed. Because they predict incoming damage, which means you might appear godmod-ish due to being able to almost constantly avoid incoming attacks from other characters. Try talking to the staff in discord about it to make sure. >.>

I get what your say but you also got to remember that not only is he an insane risk taker but he mostly fights at long range. If not for this equipment he'd get shot way before getting to his target, plus they only work on what he's staring at so he can still be surprise attacked.

The contacts only predict when people are going to shoot at him when he's looking at them.
