It is on very high level of develoment, They have Plasma weapons (Plasma Sabres for example, Plasma Rifles) Hover vehicles, they even start experimenting with warp technology for their space program, but they have no personal shields of course.
History
This planet ,like many other worlds in this galaxy, was born out of Convergece event in which many dimensions were pulled into one Galaxy and were transforme into planets, this particular world was born out of Dimension where Poland counquered ENITRE WORLD. How? Well ehm I have no bloody idea but but Winged Hussars and Winged Tanks were involved

Well planet's caital is placed in Megapolis of "Great Warsaw" where building of Sejm is located, anothe rMajor cities are Krakow, Gdansk, Zygmunt-town(Re-named Berlin) and basilcy every capital of every major country but re-named to be as Polish as posible. Also they are a constitutional Monarchy.
