Use: Elias’ broomstick staff is created for a very simple purpose: better magic. It’s carved with runes that allow Elias to cast and combine the magics of Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light, Dark, Lightning, and Pure Mana.

Description
After narrowly avoiding conscription by ONI at Reach’s customs area, Elias grabbed a broomstick from a janitor’s cart as he was escaping the airport and spent a car ride from the airport to the slums to create the staff, using fire from his wand to carve a number of simple runes into the wood, giving it the ability to channel somewhat more powerful and versatile magics than he could before.

Simple yet well developed.
