Strengths
-Mist of purity. The vaporized result of the already popular healing agent that is used in many items already turns out to have an even more powerfull effect. Breathing in this gas like substance not only lets the one regenerate a severe injury in seconds but it also cleanses the insides from any sort of toxins. (I.E mustard gas and smoke). These became extremely popular among firefighters as the so called mist of purity allowed them to breath inside an otherwise lethal area.
-Mist of purity 2. The mist of purity has later been enhanced to the point where it cures illnesses in several minutes, and converts toxic gasses into the same mist with reduced effects. The thick blue gas can also double very neatly for a smoke bomb.

Weaknesses
-Mist. Unsurprisingly, the thick blue gas obstructs the eyesight very much, this makes using it a bit difficult and can have some bad consequences when deployed poorly.
-Healing, unsurprisingly, the gas can not make a difference between friend and foe. So an enemy may rush into the mist to heal alongside immortal troopers who will most likely not notice them due to the thickness of the mist wich fades only after several seconds.
-Subtlety, using the healing mist may result in triggering hostile rocketeers to fire at the mist cloud. Wich not only results in the cloud dissapearing prematurely but also lets those in the cloud take damage.
-Clouds, the mist bomb unsurprisingly cant be used in windy areas where the cloud will be taken away by the wind.

Description
The elves have been using a potent healing agent for many years. But only recently have the dwarves improved it (more or less) by turning it into a gassius form. When breathing in this gas it triggers an adrenaline rush as well as drastically increasing the regeneration of one's wounds. Thus this quickly became a popular area of effect healing item that the lovers were all to eager to use, despite it's easily exploitable weaknesses.

This healing mist isn't something that's realistic for a Tier 3 faction. This is a heavily powerful agent that needs a dev thread.
