Strengths
-Speed. Deepflame samurai who wear this armor have been heavily trained in martial arts. Typically the deepflame samurai dont carry guns and run around the battlefield dodging fire or are behind cover of shields or tanks.
-Energy/Magic efficiency. With modern shielding and access to Cykx plexiglass the armor has been heavily upgraded to resist plasma or laser based weaponry wich allows the armor to tank many shots from laser, plasma or even arcane weaponry they fail to deflect.

Weaknesses
-Ballistic deficiency. The shields have been purposefully designed to have added efficiency against arcane or energy based weaponry. The otherwise light armor has difficulty reducing the damage of even lower calibre rounds if the user fails to deflect them.
-Crowd control. Slowing down the user in any way and making it easier to focus fire on them makes it much harder for them to deflect the incoming fire.
-Explosives. While the movement speed of a rocket is generally lower than that of a bullet or laser and can be deflected much easier, aiming it next to the user can result in the splash damage still severely injuring the user. This forces the user to go and catch a rocket and deflect it if it will explode nearby and they cannot escape.

Description
The samurai long ago were notorious for their ability to deflect projectiles such as arrows, throwing stars and spears. Years later when the dwarves emerged from their mines again with their invention that was gunpowder their deflect ability was assumed to be useless against such a fast moving projectile. But yet they were still capable of deflecting and returning the bullet to the shutter. Years later while guns got faster and better, armors were invented to help these elite warriors maintain their efficiency by adding notifications to their HUD to warn them of shutters going for them. While rare, they are still considered one of the most potent warriors within the immortals and while the trainings for this class is popular only very few make it through.

How can he deflect bullets?

The only way, I see this deflecting bullets is that if the armor just has a smaller round bounce off the armor. Though, the only ammo it can "deflect" or "bounce off", is lower calibers. .22LR to 5mm.

OH, it's not the armor that deflects it but the other knives. I just thought it was mention worthy that the rare units that can use the knives to deflect wear this armor.

Then remove anything involving the knife. This is about the armor, not the knife. I want detailed info about the armor.

now, with its physical resistance at 2. Being able to stop Ballistics, Energy, and plasma based weaponry isn't going to fly. Being that low, it could stop only .22LR ->5mm rounds and melee weapons.
