Notable Equipment
Claws - The claws of the Ceithre are tipped in self-grown titanium. The bones of these claws have grown to be reinforced with pillars and lattices of high density steel. They are able to use these claws to clamp onto the side of another ship, be it larger or smaller. The punctures of these claws can cause damage to a ship's hull, thus compromising the structural integrity of the ship's pressurized air system.
High speed Tentacles - These tentacles are covered in titanium plates. Like the claws of the Ceithre, the bones of the tentacles are reinforced with high density steel. They are extremely fast, thrashing any ship unlucky enough to get captured in the Ceithre's claws. Can cause extreme damage from crushing and stabbing through an enemy ship's hull.
Titanium clad teeth - The Ceithre uses its Titanium Teeth and High-density steel jaws to rip apart the hull of another ship. Becomes absolutely devastating in close up combat when the Ceithre have captured their enemy in their embrace. The Ceithre may also let the Siolta rip apart these chunks in order to feed them to the Ceithre itself.
Armored Hide - Taken from the Stone Drakes, the Adhmad developed the armored hide of the Ceithre. Its very scales absorbing any and all metal that the beast devours, compacting them and increasing its overall defense capabilities. These scales allow the Ceithre to take most attacks in stride.
Golemic Armor - An advancement of the Miotal, the Golemic Armor of the Ceithre is made up of a huge amount of Golemic plating that are tied into a great core within the beast. They are able to gather in a single spot, making it nearly invulnerable to most physical attacks, or they are able to be spread out across the entire expanse of the creature, slightly increasing its defense. Typically, the plating will gather along the tail of the Ceithre. This allows the Golemic core of the Ceithre to help the beast maneuver through space.
Retractable fins - The fins of the Ceithre are not much more than great sun catchers on the beast's back. They act through the process of photosynthesis, bringing new energy into the creature and converting CO2 into usable, breathable O2.
Closable openings - The ridges along the back of the Ceithre are great openings within which are housed the deployable Siolta and Golems. They are able to hold up to 100 Siolta and 10,000 Sword and Shield Golems. Along the insides of the Hangars are vent-like slits that are filled to the brim with the Beag model of Golem. These Golems are all controlled by the Ceithre's Golemic Core. However, if they are cut off from its core, then they are still able to carry out their missions.
Description
The Ceithre Eireabaill was developed by a dual effort between all of the Dryads. The raising of the beast was a cohesive effort between the Dryads and the newly sentient races of TK-47. It was developed to be the Dryad's first and foremost defense against any enemy that might try and overtake them. Like its predecessor, the Farthach Spas, the Ceithre Eireabaill has no capabilities for true long range warfare, relying on its speed and nimbleness to get it up close and personal with its enemy.
While there will only be one for a short time, with the proper nutrition and circumstances it will give birth. While this is happening, the beast is extremely vulnerable. However, if one were to attack its offspring, which there are typically two at a time, the Ceithre will react like any mother creature.
While they are young the Ceithre are taught how to manipulate magic. Through months of training the Ceithre are able to use the ambient mana of the universe to power their movement through space. This allows the creature to move quickly and easily in space.
