Use: Defend Immortal teritory, weaken/destroy hostile ships.

Strengths
-Range, sentry patrols are capable of engaging over extreme ranges, making them extremely dangerous to attacking ships.
-Damage, Sentry patrols are equiped with numerous weapons consisting of regular ballistic ones, missiles and energy weapons to exploit whatever weaknesses an enemy ship could have.
-Security, Sentry patrols are not susceptible to hacking as they are equiped with the most tedious security systems plopped on top of eachother, making a hack completely tedious and nearly impossible to complete for a single one.
-Amount, Border patrol droids are being mass produced and randomly released around immortal teritory, making them not only hard to bring into map on assault as they do have the ability to move slowly on their own. They are also in these big amounts wich allows them to maximize damage on both fighters and battleships.
Weaknesses
-Endurance, Sentry patrols are essentially guns on space debris floating through immortal teritory with minimal movement abilities to keep them from leaving immortal teritory, they are not ment to take damage and can easily be destroyed.
-Speed, sentry patrols are a rather static means of defense not really capable of dodging incoming fire.
-Projectile speed, the guns on the border patrol are lock on but all weapons except the heat seeking missile arent. This means ships with 7 or more points in maneuvrability or speed that are 1000 meters or smaller can dodge the shots over long range, larger ships naturally are easier to hit still.
Description
After the Asmodian assault on Apex-122, it was obvious more security was needed. The immortals already heavily relied on autonomous weaponry to deal with intruders but they had nothing of the like to deal with hostile ships, though making something like that wouldnt be impossible. So the Border patrol drones were designed, crafted and produced to help deal with incoming ships.
