it was just another day on the flower thief, sylvia was cleaning and being loud and jessie was getting annoyed at her noise. the day seemed boring and uneventfull as the flower thief speeded away from apex 122 on yet another mission to bring in credits for the immortals, as they were a mercenary office after all. They were sent after some new person who broke an undying law and was wanted dead with a high bounty, he was to be brought in, and then executed. They had been underway for a few hours now.

As usual Jessie sat in the pilot seat, it was her space really since she was kind of the only one who could handle Flower Thief's speed. Jessie was actually trying to block out the noise of Sylvia cleaning by keeping her mind focused on her book. Sadly she was only able to get small snippets of the story due to her mind being take off by the noise of Sylvia cleaning.

Eventually Jessie decided she was going no where, so closing her book she stood up from the pilot seat. "Why do we always get the missions with the long space ship rides?" Jessie asked as she threw her book down on a near by table. Yawning Jessie stretched a bit, before rubbing her eyes. "God... Why must you always be cleaning..." Jessie said with a small chuckle. After enduring the noise for a couple hours, her annoyance for it had seemed to fade.

[size=34]Revereth monitored his ship’s controls as it drifted through space to the coordinate he had entered. His face was grim with the task at hand- the young girl he had met only weeks ago and her friend had indeed stole the ship, and now, the disgruntled owner of the ship had placed a bounty on their heads, wanting her back alive fortunately. So he took up the bounty- it was his responsibility after letting her go ahead with her dimwitted plan. Ahead, he saw a speck begin to grow. It was another ship, with the name Flower Thief. He frowned, pulling up the bounty. Same ship. He sat up, taking the ship out of autopilot as he moved closer to the ship ahead, He attempted to send a message. “Lower your shield and prepare for boarding. I’d really rather not fire on you from out here, because I’m supposed to take you alive, and it would be mutually beneficial if we did this the easy way.” he spoke. “Little miss, I told you it was a bad idea.” he muttered to himself, standing. This wouldn’t take long.[/size]

sylvia heard the transmission too, she wanted to change but there was no time to change now and simply grabbed her bow and lens chip holder and ran to jessie and embraced her and whispered in her ear. "let him in...we'll kill fight him on here and find out who sent him, alright hun?" she says as she finds some sort of hiding spot to ambush revereth.

As soon as the message came through the speakers, Jessie tensed up her hand instantly going for her revolver. Even though the voice seemed unrecognisable at first, however Jessie knew it was a bounty hunter at first. Cursing under her breath she was about to run up to the pilot seat to speed off. However Sylvia did bring up a good point. Jessie didn't speak however she gave a soft nod before turning back to the cockpit.

"Alright fine, shields are going down." Jessie said not giving much resilience. She didn't like this idea, however the plan could easily work, and she really didn't want Flower Thief to be damaged. As she sent the message she turned the shields off, and halted their flight patterns. Getting out of her seat she pulled her clothe up over her mouth, and tucked her revolver into the back of her belt. Sure it was uncomfortable, but it would be out of the bounty hunter's sight when he entered the ship.

[size=33]He frowned as they powered down their ship without so much as a question. Something was wrong. He drew his handguns, checking his ammo. These two stole a ship. They’re definitely smart. The ship shuddered as it docked, and he made his way to the connection airlock. As the said airlock, he took the safety off of his guns. This may devolve into a gunfight, and if it did, he would do something he didn't want to. Then, he had a better thought. He switched his guns to stun, getting ready to fire as the airlock pressurized with a quiet hisssssssss. A much louder hiss, and the the doors opened as he boarded the ship, looking around carefully. “So you're gonna hide.” he muttered. He issued the order to undock to his ships AI, and stepped further into the ship.[/size]

the elf was hiding right nearby the door, waiting for revereth to come into a convenient area for her to shoot, when revereth passed by her spot she drew it up and switched to electrical arrows to make sure she has effect on him and shot out a light arrow, even if revereth wore armor the electricity would flow through his body and at least hurt. after she shot out that arrowshe jumped into cover again.

"Hey you wanted on the ship, this is what we do to unwanted people on our ship." Jessie laughed out loud as she powered down all the main lights on the ship, through the ship's main controls, leaving only the low glow of the emergency lights to give some way of sight.

Then within the silence, the soft pitter-patter of feet came running up towards Rev. Jessie suddenly threw her elbow into Rev's stomach with as much force. Then, being light on her feet, she practically danced her way behind the bounty hunter. Wasting no time she reached behind herself and pulled out her revolver. "One move and I blow a hole in your head!" Jessie said, a cocky undertone lingering in her voice.

[size=34]Revereth swore as he heard movement behind him, behind a stack of crates. He moved in a dodge, but barely fast enough. As it were, he felt the electricity jump from the arrow, to his armor, to his skin. Luckily, even as a human, dragons had thick skin, but it still hurt like hell. He raised his gun and fired as the woman blindly charged in his direction, two times center mass, intending to take her out fast. As he did so, the lights dimmed as systems were shut off from the bridge. At least she wasn’t in the room yet. Apparently, that wouldn’t last long as he heard movement from behind the door as she moved in. Keeping his left gun trained on the elf, he aimed towards the door with his right, stepping back in case the elf rushed him again, and so that he would be able to see both. As the girl burst through the door, he fired several times, each shot more accurate as she got closer. If neither of them dodged, the fight would already be nearly over. “I hunt dangerous criminals for a living. You need to be more coordinated than that if you wanna beat me.” he said.[/size]

the elf wasnt done yet, and more than eager she was a proffesional archer, she jumped out of the cover at an incredible speed while firing off a few more arrows, yellow this time wich ment they were armor piercing, she then saw jessie had been shot and got mad, now with her elven blood boiling her judgment faded quickly and now layed a focus in hailing down arrows onto revereth instead of dancing around.

Thanks to Jessie being light on her feet and her overall size, she was able to dodge the first few shots. However she was struck dead in her tracks as a bullet flew into her left shoulder, pushing her back. With her hand gripping on her shoulder she, unsurprising, shouted a few words, probably damning Rev to hell for that. However the next thing she knew she had toppled over to the ground, hitting her head on chair behind her.


She then attempted to prompt herself up, very slowly, just being able to push through the bullet's effect. Sadly the only thing she could do was watch, and what she saw wasn't anything good. She saw an angry Sylvia fighting this bounty hunter, who now seemed far more familiar. "Fuck, fuck, fuck." Jessie said under her breath as she watched Sylvia get angrier and angrier.

[size=33]Nodding with a grim satisfaction, Revereth barely had time to move as the elf popped back out of cover, firing her arrows at him. While not as fast as bullets they could be just as deadly, and he only managed to dodge two, as a third hit his shoulder. He grunted in pain, taking the arrow out. It didn't seem to be poisoned, so he dropped it to the ground, raising his pistols. He fired, moving to allow some arrows to pass. The girl was firing too rapidly to focus on any fancy dodging g, so he unloaded several rounds in her direction as several more arrows nicked his skin and embedded themselves in his armor despite his dodging. He needed to take her down now, or had be in serious trouble with his injuries.[/size]

she continued laying a barrag of armor piercing arrows down on revereth, her firerate was impressive to say the least, especially with a bow. the movements she made with her arms and especially at wich speed they did was almost unnatural, sylvia's elven blood was boiling and she wanted to spill his blood.

Jessie watched the two duel it, she watched Sylvia get angrier, and the bounty hunter get shot more and more. The sad thing was, she knew they weren't going to win. Sooner or later, Sylvia would pass out due to her blood overheating or the bounty hunter would take her out. So even if they wouldn't win, Jessie was still going to put up a fight. Jessie forced her body onto her left side, and then she reached behind her to grab her revolver, with so much tension in her muscles. She was slow, which annoyed her, but she wasn't down. Grabbing her revolver she aimed it up to the bounty hunter's leg, then with a deep breath she fired.

After that she left out a heavy breath, letting her arm go limp, dropping her gun. She didn't even bother to force herself up right, she had no more strength left, she had spent it all on that last attempt of a fight.

He watched Silvia go down before turning to Jessie. Unfortunately, not fast enough, as she lifted her gun and fired into his leg.Said leg buckled as the bullet went through, and he raised his gun, shooting her again. He gasped as the adrenaline left his system and his situation dawned on him. Sure, he had won, but he had taken quite the beating, with the wound in his shoulder where he had been hit, plus three arrows from the elf's final volley, and a gunshot wound in his leg. Carefully, he pulled the arrows out, placing his gun on the ground. He knew only the basics when it came to healing, as he preferred pyromancy by far, but he healed the wound in his leg and in his shoulder, and was able to at least stop the bleeding in the rest of his wounds. They would likely have to heal naturally. He stood, grabbing Silvia and cuffing her, making sure to search her and remove anything that could be used to break free, before repeating the process with Jessie. "Little Miss, I really wish you hadn't put up a fight. Because now I'll be out of a job for a few days. Regardless, you're officially my captive, so you're going to the brig."

while sylvia was knocked out cold, her knocked out head still had a frown on it, luckily for revereth she was light as a feather and easy to carry. Not much later she woke up in the brig without her bow this time, though she needed healign quickly and thus grabbed one of her alchemy grenades and broke it open and poured one half on her own leg and the other half on jessie's wound, wich definetly wakes her up as ti stings painfully but also closes her wounds, as soon as she's awake she embraces her "jessie, where are we...?" she asks whispering.

As the bounty hunter talked to her, she gave out a soft chuckle. "I thought you would of learnt last time hunter, I'm sucker for a good rush." Jessie said as she finally recognised the bounty hunter. It was the one she ran into all the way back on Artemis. Although she was weak, and she knew she could fight, due that last shot, she couldn't help but use the last of her energy on at least threatening the bounty hunter. "You know... If you hurt her anymore than you have already I'm going to make sure that my next bullet goes into your head... You know that right?" Jessie threatened as she was cuffed. Even if her words sounded weak and tired, it sounded much more like a promise, instead of a threat.

Jessie suddenly woke up, as it felt like a lighting bolt just struck her. She was suddenly awake and then before her mind to process anything she was in Sylvia's arms. She took a deep calming herself down. "I think we're in the brig..." Jessie said as she racked her brain, trying to think of what the bounty hunter said to her last.

[size=40]He laughed as she said that. “I beat you once. What makes you think I can't do it again? Besides, contrary to what you probably think, I don't enjoy hurting people.” he said.[/size]

[size=40]Later, as he sat on the bridge to the Flower Thief, he gave his ship the command to fly to Artemis and wait for him there. He kicked his legs up on the dash, and started playing music  throughout the ship. [/size]

Our next stop is Artemis, a flourishing backwater world that serves as a haven from criminals like yourself.” With those taunting words out of the way, he leaned back in the captain’s chair smiling despite the pain in his chest from the arrow wounds.[/size]

she hears revereth and freaks out. "Jessie! will we get the immortals to help us out? tower might not do it since we got into trouble ourselves, so were in big trouble! i dont want to go to jail!" she says crying at jessie while squeezing her.

As Sylvia started freak out she held Sylvia closer and tighter, talking in a soft and quiet tone. "Hey, hey, hey, it's ok? We're going to get out of this just fine." Jessie said, her words sure and positive. In reality she didn't know if they were going to get out that easily. It would probably take a lot of fighting and maybe even back up.

There was a good thing about being trapped on her ship though, she knew the ins and outs of it, she knew all the secret spots she had hidden her weapons, namely her shotgun and scythes. The only problem was she needed to get out of the area they were trapped in.

Jessie was cursing to herself as she started to think. She should of just flew off, Flower Thief could of easily out manoeuvred Rev's ship, and they could of got away. However they had instead decided to ambush the bounty hunter. Even if they were fast, they still couldn't of held their own to the bounty hunter, something she now knew.

Rev frowned when the girls began to break down, feeling a twinge of guilt. He leaned forward again, speaking. "Alright ladies, I warned the little demon girl this could happen if she wanted to steal a ship, and that it would probably be me. Now, I won't let ya come to any harm. I may be a bounty hunter, but vigilante executions are against my morals. Just sit tight- they'll probably just condemn you to community service for a year or something. " he sighed. He enjoyed his job, but not when it came to attacking good people. He checked the time until arrival. Only a few hours.

upon hearing that she could be stuck for a year, wich was most likely under the best circumstances she panicked even more, she almost squeezed jessie in frightened panick, she hugged her with all of her elven strength. "NO! i cant afford to stay gone for a year! my animals need to be fed and i need to watch over my apprentices!"

Jessie gave out a soft sigh as Sylvia squeezed her as hard as she could, sure it wasn't a lot at all, but it was something at least. Jessie sent her voice into a whisper so Rev wouldn't be able to pick up her voice. "Hey it's ok, just stay calm and we can get out of here. All we need to do is call for help." Jessie said in a softly. There only problem now was trying to figure out a way to stay calm enough, for long enough until help arrived.

Revereth sighed, standing up from the captain's chair and walking out of the bridge. He wandered the ship for a few minutes, trying to find his way around the unfamiliar area, before eventually finding the brig again. He stepped in, clearing his throat to announce his presence to the girls. "Look, the law is the law, and you broke it. You were talking about getting the Immortals to help. I can let one of you get to the bridge to contact them, see if they can find a loophole out. But if they do, and you go and break more laws, I'll come for you again, and then, I won't be so lenient." he said, crossing his arms.

as revereth appeared in front of their cell he would see Sylvia pressing her face into jessie's shoulder, she seemingly ignored revereth until mentioned that she could make a call, then she turned at him and stood up, before looking at jessie. "hey, can i call the immortals? im sure i can convince tower to get a viral to pick us up..." she says as she stands up and makes her way to the cell door.
