Description
Knowing that there might be times that he was unable to bluff his way out of certain situations Chester commisioned a weapon that might assist him out of sticky situations.  The cane conceals a single shot rifle and a four inch long blade that can pop out from the base of the cane.  While the R & D department was able to create the cane they were either unwilling, or unable, to design it for anything but short range.  This was still ideal for the thief as long range meant more time to escape the situation anyways.
