Long ago
The war had ended, but it had ended disastrously. The Adhmad had developed a virus. A virus that only targeted Dryads, scrambling their DNA, destroying any possibility for life. The Miotal were destroyed by the virus. Their remnants fled to the Adhmad bringing with them accounts of the destruction caused by the virus. The stories horrified the Adhmad.
Then, the virus invaded the Adhmad. They were quickly killed off. The survivors working against the clock to save themselves. Some searched for a cure, but they failed. Others decided to develop a way to escape the planet and the virus ravaging it.
They began in the Northern peaks of the Eastern mountains. The greatest of the Miotal survivors sacrificed themselves to create the greatest of the Dryadic Golems. The 5 Behemoths of the Foraoise came into being. They were to be the keepers of Talahm (TK-47) while the rest of the Dryads were abroad in space. The Behemoths were tied into the golems all across Talahm giving them the ability to see and protect the entire planet.
Then the Adhmad began development of the Farthach Spas. It was to be their voyager, their salvation. After years of death caused by the virus, the remaining 500 Dryads finished the beast. Its great expanse stretching across the sky, held up by the Behemoths. Many mages gave up their lives, draining themselves, pouring their very souls into the beast. Many of the lesser Adhmad, the Sitceach, spent the years developing the creatures that would live within the Farthach Spas.
Carrying the last 500 of the Dryads, the Farthach Spas, launched into the sky by the Behemoths, left the world of Talamh. Soon, the beast was in uncharted space.
