Name: Glipsa Staff
Owner: Olivia,  anyone can use the staff as a staff.  Using it for any of the added powers requires a connection to the goddess Glipsa.
Creator: Glipsa the nagah god of water, peace, and healing.

Type: Staff
Ammo: Water in all of its forms. 

As water projectiles can be streams of water (think pressure water) or a ball of water.
As ice projectiles are either balls or frozen streams.
As a gas it can be a cloud or steam.  Clouds offer concealment and not much more while steam has its uses but only for short range.

Rarity: Unique

Strengths
Multiple projectile options.
Staff grants the user the ability to change small quantities of water into its other forms.
Staff is able to emmit light ranging from a small flashlight up to a searchlight in strength
The staff is made to be used as a melee weapon as well.

Weaknesses
Unless you get really creative there are ways to hurt but not kill with this weapon.
The staff needs to be fed in order to fully work.  It is fed in two ways: First it needs to be fed fresh meat, preferably live at least once a week.  For the following day it mill be inoperable as it digests.  Using the staff as a melee weapon immedietly after the feeding is not recomended either as it can cause regurgitation of the meal requiring a second feeding and more lost time.  Secondly it needs to be fed water at least every three days.

Description:
The staff itself is a dark brown hardwood six feet in length.  Atop the staff a black serpent's head with mouth open showing it's fangs.  The sperpent's ebony body winds around the staff before ending at its base.
