Strengths

Having a sort of cobbled together jet-pack can help Rippee rocket through a battle quite literally.

With a prowess and lessened sense of pain after his time with the Prowlers, Rippee feels little pain from things like stab wounds or minor bullet holes.

Due to Alien technology being fused into his body, Rippee is incredibly strong for his size and appearance.

Weaknesses
The years as a Prowler renders Rippee as a psychotic mess, sometimes attacking his allies when going through one of his episodes.

His pain resistance can also be his downfall, as he won't feel serious small wounds.

Under his armor, Rippee is generally malnourished and frail, another side effect of living out in the dunes.

Equipment
The Big Rippa- a large, spiky buzzsaw attached to a long staff, making it 5 feet in length, nearly as tall as him.

Junk Jets- a set of powered jet thrusters attached to Rippee's back, allowing him to fly up to 20 feet into the air up to 70 miles per hour.

Powers

-Rippee deals in melee weapons, especially powered Merle weapons, like his Big Rippa.

History

One of the smaller members of the Prowlers, Rippe had always been a runt and was laughed at by his fellow raiders for being too small and too into technology for his Junk Jets. One day, he discovered a small alien artifact, which quickly bonded with his body and made him stronger than ever. After that, his position in the Running Blades Prowlers grew quickly, before he was taken by a Potrosi Monopoly to work for them as a mercenary for any needs.
