Kitty paced across the throne room floor, feeling agitated and stressed. She was about to go meet the Alpha of the Wolves to go establish an official and hopefully lasting peace treaty. Yet, her sister seemed intent on possibly making them late. "God damn it Diana come on!" Kitty shouted, and this time she got a response. "Alright. Alright. I'm coming don't get your panties in a twist." "Shut up and walk." Diana entered the throne room in the same regal Victorian attire as Kitty, but she did not seem happy about it. It seemed that Kitty's hellish maid had actually gotten her way with Diana. After what seemed like forever Diana finally stood by Kitty's side. "Because it takes a lot of energy to transport several people at once I have prepared a portal we can all step yhrough."

Diana raised a brow at the word 'we', glancing back at the 10 guards standing behind the twin queens. Kitty rolled her eyes in response, her advisors had insisted she take guards with her and no matter how much she protested they wouldn't budge. Kitty took a step forward, bringing a hand to her mouth and biting into her thumb. She then held the bloodied finger over the circle, a few blood drops later and the other elements of the portal began to glow and spin. The circle began to shudder and the appearance changed, taking on a look of what seemed to be glass. Kitty stepped through, entering the official building built on the dividing line between vampire and werewolf territory. Soon after her sister and the guards followed.

The Lycans arrived in a less extravagant manner, instead opting to hike all the way to the building.  They were arriving just as Kittiana, her sister and her guards had teleported in.

Klaus, the Alpha, walked forward and stood opposite the two Queens. He was flanked on the right by one heavily built Lycan and on his left by his somewhat stunning wife. She was carrying with her their baby boy who was a year of age, looking around innocently. Around eight Lycan guards were stood around the room, lightly armoured but heavily built as was a trait for all Lycans. They were all in their "human" forms.

Klaus looked at both Kittiana and Diana and gave them a nod of respect.
"Shall we begin?"

Kitty and Diana looked at each other then nodded, heading for the table. They sat down and Kitty snapped her fingers, one of the guards handed her a few scrolls while another handed Diana a stack of paper and an empty ink pot and quill. "We will begin with division of territory. Once we iron out boundary lines and what goes to who everything else will become much simpler." Kitty then stood and grabbed the largest scroll, unfurling it and spreading it out on the table. It was a map of the planet, with lines indicating what parts had what climate and what kind of terrain it held. "I assume you will want a majority of the forest region and that is easily doable. I would like to split the jungle region between the two of us though because that region could be useful for growing certain herbs for witch craft and healing." The guard handed Kitty a dagger which she raised to her palm, she sliced it evenly and let some of her blood pour into the ink pot. She passed the dagger to Diana who did the same. Then she held the blade out to the Alpha. "One major part of this treaty is the hope that it can be renewed every five years so we can keep up with the times. Another part will be that this is all to be written in our joined blood so that it doesn't simply become some paper that no one regards. A blood treaty is sacred and will ensure a stronger peace between our two species. It will magically bind us to the rules of the treaty and only if we are all in agreement can the blood rules be adjusted. This will ensure that no one is cheated out of something or open to vulnerabilities."

Klaus was also now sat at the table and following through with what Kitty said silently.
He looked at her for a moment when she finished her sentence about the blood treaty, before looking down at the knife. He took it and set it down on the table.

He then brought his palm up to his jaws, bit down on it and then moved it over the ink pot. He clenched his hand and blood poured out from the wound he had just inflicted upon himself, into the pot. His wife did the same, still holding the baby boy in her other arm.

"We will take the forests as that is where we are best suited to live." Klaus agreed. "The arctic environments can also support us well and it has done so in the past. The desert however, is one place we will struggle to thrive in."

[size=74]Kitty nodded and picked up the quill, dipping it in the ink pot after muttering something that caused it to glow. "The blood will now make the words and boundaries law." Then she brought the quill to the map, drawing out a boundary line for the forest. Two Thirds of it was awarded to the werewolves after Kitty drew a symbol on the larger side. "A half of the arctic will also be awarded to you. Vampires are also able to thrive in arctic climate. We will take the desert region since you have implied that your people have trouble thriving there." She drew out more lines, then paused and put the quill down. "Before we go any further I would like to express my wish. I would be pleased if both of our species could perhaps have monitored access to each area behind boundary lines as to help strengthen relations between our species. There is no more need for vampires or werewolves to fear venturing into others territory. We are all children of night. This will also mean that resources and trade will be readily avaible to all." [/size]

"Indeed." Klaus agreed. "Perhaps we could share weapons development and coordination of military efforts as well. While we have united as one, the threat of off-world threats is still likely and we need to have measures in place to ensure the successful defense of our planet in the event of an invasion."

Klaus's right hand man walked closer to the table. The huge man's presence was noticeable from far already, but up close he was obviously the most intimidating figure of them all.
"The Lycans have thrived on war, conflict and aggression for the entirety of their existence." He said in an inhumanly deep voice. "With the joint-coordination of military tactics, both of our species could benefit. We can offer more advanced and aggressive martial arts training to your soldiers for instance, if that is what you like."

Kitty nodded, "That would be very useful thank you. Everyone has been stuck in a pocket dimension for a long time, things have changed,  fighting techniques and skills have evolved. But whatever you can teach the troops is readily appreciated. Then I can use magic enhanced training dummies to teach the rest, which will also be available to you of course." Kitty smiled, straightening and holding out a palm. A small ball of navy blue energy formed in Kitty's hand. "I am also beginning to teach magic to my people, at least those who would like to learn. This is also open to your kind." Then she dropped her hand and her serious look returned to her face.

"Everyone here has had bad experience with magic, the Witches and Warlocks being prime examples. But that does not mean that we should ignore a possible advantage against enemies. And a potential tool to help each other. Magic does not simply mean destruction." A butterfly happened to fly into the room and within a second Kitty grabbed it. She purposely ripped it's wing then paused, the tip of her pointer finger glowing green as she ran it along it's wing then set it free. It flew perfectly if not better than before. "It can also be used for healing and life."

Klaus observed the demonstration and nodded. "Indeed. The Warlocks were a malignant and we're thankful to be rid of them." He agreed.

"In regards to discussions that I had with members of the Galactic Systems Union during the ball, the Colonial Military has offered to set up a collection of defenses in the space outside the planet to protect it. They also offered to have the world constantly guarded by err..."
"A defense fleet." Klaus's right hand man finished.
"Ah yes, a defense fleet. I am personally inclined to accept their offer, and I recommend that you do so as well. We are not just a union here, but also part of a larger one that spans many worlds. For all of its inhabitants to unite under one banner and aid one another is a chance that we should not reject."

Kitty nodded, "I am also inclined to accept their offer." Then Kitty turned and continued dividing up the territories with blood, taking inputs from Klaus here and there. Once the parchment was done Kitty dropped a few drops of blood in two concentrated areas, marking the capitals of both species. Then she laid her hand on the parchment, fire leaping from her palms and only touching the blood. A wave of magic flung out, going through everyone and within a few minutes encasing the planet. It created invisible boundary lines, nothing would prevent someone from crossing over them but they would know they were crossing a boundary line. This eliminated the chance of someone accidentally crossing over a territory. Kitty dipped her quill in the blood ink again, signing her name in the corner of the parchment then giving the quill to Diana to do the same. 

Once Diana finished signing the map she held out the ink pot and quill to Klaus, "Here. Once you sign the map in blood the territories will be finalized. Then we can get to ironing out other formalities and get to signing the actual peace treaty."

Klaus signed the map and gave the quill back to Diana
"I am glad that this has gone without any problem thus far." Klaus said. "Perhaps this time a peace treaty will work well for both sides. An end to all the bitter bloodshed that tainted our pasts, to secure a better future."
