Strengths
Unlike other wizard staffs, it's metal, so it's much more durable, and much better at channeling electromancy. Also, it's much better for beating people over the head, too.
Weaknesses
Again, it's metal, so while it's good for electromancy, other types of magic are going to give the wielder a harder time, such as pyromancy or nature magic. Nature and spirit magics are particularly hard.
Description
Nirn created her staff at a young age of a lightweight, durable metal, tipping the end with a magical focus for her electromancy and protection spells, while still assuring that if needed, she could still fight up close and personal.
Many wizards scoff at her choice to use metal instead of wood, but she responds with electricity and a solid thwack on her head.
