- This weapon can easily defeat most infantry within seconds without proper protective, both auditory protection and physical.

-It does not require ammo to work, recycling air to pass through its tubes.

-Due to the immense weight of the gun (About 120 pounds), it is difficult to work without using two hands to operate.

-The gun has a tendency of overheating after prolonged periods of nonstop usage, forcing it to cool down before more proper usage.

-Due to the way the weapon is shaped, the Screeching Fury is almost always surgically added into users, replacing arms up to the elbows.

The Screeching Fury (once classified as the HAW-68) is a heavy psionic repulsor, creating intense waves of noise that sound slightly reminiscent of a hawk's screech, and why it is named as it is. It is around 4 feet long, with a large central barrel ending in several tubes.

The Screeching Fury was born four hundred years ago, out of the mind of the insane Sair Engineer Coor Lan, who used his personal group of Callifex equipped with these newly created weapons to try and overthrow the queen. The rebellion failed, but the weapons were implemented, and Coor was allowed to return to build more extravagant weapons for his queen.
