Strengths
The Cykx have always been renowned for their acuracy with ranged weaponry, their distant planet has allowed them to work on highly powerfull energy based weapons. oftenly either fully automatic, or semi-automatic and extremely long ranged, they are always almost pinpoint acurate. their different anatomy allows them to breath in otherwise unlivable areas or digest poison that would kill normal races. Cykx eyes are very different than other races eyes and allows a cykx to look in low light areas and under waters, they dont have gills beat their hearts beat slower and are tucked in further under harder organs wich let's them hold their breath for hours. the Cykx also have an amazing memory, if a cykx saw you once, they will recognize you for years to come.
Weaknesses
The cykx have a rubbery kind of skin that makes them vulnerable to impacts like hail, wich is why they are required to plan their attacks very carefully so they dont get caught in acid rain or hail. The bones of the Cykx are very frail and weak, and the Cykx are not that strong either, wich means they need to rely on their fall back tactics and long range weaponry (or their armored vehicles) to keep the big bullies away and in their line of fire.
Appearance
The Cykx are greenish smaller creatures that have very distinct large red eyes and very thin limbs with large heads. they stand at the shoulder height of humans at the size of 12-15 year old humans generally (except for the vohx who are significantly taller). The facial features of the Cykx are generally much like humans though they are a bit more hooked and square, each eye takes up a good 35% of each face half, their teeth are pointed and sharp (even if they are omnivorous and have normal cheek tooth) the cykx have an almost invisible chin and have antennas on their head. their limbs are thin though not too long compared to humans and so are their bodies.
Culture
The Cykx have lived isolated on their own planet for a long and live under the ruling of the Vohx's, a specific breed of Cykx superiour over the normal shorter Cykx, these Vohx rule over Apea-X and decide what projects get the highest priority and they too decide who to attack and wich planet.
History
The Cykx were so smart, their ages before science and technology lasted only several years before gunpowder was and only several weeks before the first laser rifle was invented, perhaps because the Cykx had never fought eachother and have been preparing themselves for centuries to take on the galaxy, their ultimate dream is to rule the galaxy by themselves and have all other organisms obey the will of the vohx, whether they like it or not.
