There is some difficulties to playing with me. Rokumi is currently not space-faring, and is stuck on Kan'in.

You wish to make your race space-faring...I might have an idea to allow the my faction to slightly uplift your race's technology without bounding it to my or other factions.

I don't want technological uplifting just yet. I just want some visitors to Rokumi's little hut from outer space.
