A remnant of an old human mining and research colony, it kept functioning due to the survival of those left behind even after the UNSC's withdrawal of it's borders. However, the planet was attacked by the Demonic Crusade, and the survivors all perished. The few outposts they inhabited house their dead corpses, which are ready to reanimate should anyone visit them unwelcome.

Snow and mountain span the entire planet, with some human outposts dotted around. Some of these open up to the deep ice caverns that run beneath the whole world, but since the crusade's visit there is no knowing what's down there now...
